How we look after your details

Who we are

This website is run by Little Loves Luxury Day Care Limited, whose Director and lead childminder is Krystal Saklabanakis. We are the data controller for the information you give us, which means we decide how it is used and are responsible for keeping it safe.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Registration number: A8572806

What we collect

When you complete our Book a Viewing form, we collect:

• your name, telephone number and email address
• your child's name and date of birth
• your preferred setting, anticipated start date and preferred days
• anything you choose to tell us in your message

Please only share what we need to arrange your viewing. There's no need to include health or other sensitive details at this stage; we'll ask for what we need if you go on to register.

Why we use it

We use your details only to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a viewing
• check whether we can offer a suitable place, based on your child's age and the days you need
• record your interest in our proposed Preschool in Stone and contact you when viewings can be arranged
• keep you on our waiting list, if you ask us to

We use your information because you've asked us to take these steps before you decide whether to register your child with us. We will never use it to send you unrelated marketing, and we will never sell it.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is seen only by the Little Loves team. We don't share it with anyone else, except:

• the trusted companies that host this website and deliver our email, which handle it on our behalf and must keep it secure
• where the law requires us to, or where it's needed to keep a child safe

How long we keep it

If your child joins Little Loves, your details become part of their registration record and are handled under our full policies, which you'll receive when you register.

If your child doesn't join us, we'll delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact, unless you've asked to stay on our waiting list.

How we keep it safe

Enquiries are sent securely and stored in password-protected accounts that only our team can access. We only use service providers that comply with UK data protection law.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• be told how your information is used (this notice)
• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how it's used
• ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere

Just email or call us. We'll respond without delay and within one month at the latest. We may need to check your identity first.

Concerns and complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first and we'll do our best to put it right.
